Well, since I mentioned Venice in my previous blog, it would be churlish not to share some of my photos of that gorgeous, fabulous, beautiful city!
I like Venice a lot. You can probably tell, huh.
The photo below was taken at twilight on the waterside- our hotel was tucked away on a little street just by those awnings on the left.
The shop windows are also pretty amazing; as well they should be when there are so many bedazzled tourists, all looking for souvenirs. Here's three storefronts I especially liked.
And this is what I did when I wasn't taking photos.
