Storm damage on the Boscombe seafront.

After being hit with severe storms sine Christmas Eve, last week, the beach huts at Boscombe finally gave up. According to what I've been told, the waves were going right over these huts and battering the cliff behind. No, I didn't stay to witness it myself. I went home when low tide was licking the barriers. That was close enough for me!

I think half of the huts are irrevocable damaged. It's sad to see peoples belongings scattered around and trashed.

But- it can always be worse. These huts are not their homes.

And here's the next storm approaching. I did get caught in it. Hail in the face, ugh. I know when I'm beaten, I went home and had a drink. It could even have been tea. Really, it could.
