Sarah's wedding Part 2 The reception at Heacham Manor

The 'lake' by the driveway- there were baby ducks, but I couldn't get a photo. Mum kept hiding them whenever I appeared. Could it be she heard me muttering the recipe for orange sauce?

The most delicious cake, ever! Made by Sarah's Mum and containing a whole lot of  booze. Good thing it wouldn't fit in my bag, is all I can say!

The marquee- lovely grub! And excellent company.

The First Dance. Sarah's dress is absolutely stunning (and so is she!).

The drive up to Heacham Manor. It was a farm til about 7 years ago, and now the farmhouse is the main building and the outbuildings have been converted into rooms and cottages. It's a beautiful place, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The main building.
Love the hat stand! Croquet on the lawn.

I do like a man in a kilt!

And an Easter egg hunt for the kids. When I heard there was chocolate  going free, I wanted to join in, but Sarah threatened to get the Best Man to sit on me. Humph.

Maggie, those photos are really great - it looks like the most beautiful location - and just the happiest of occasions! Only sorry I wasn't there to see it myself!!!
